Meanwhile, see the steps and limits below.
The problem today
The same information (prices, item codes, orders) is typed again into Excel, the sales software and the website. Typing it again and again invites mistakes.
How it works
- Step 1Pick one source for each kind of information, for example an Excel price list.
- Step 2Check before writing: a wrong cell is reported by its position and nothing is written.
- Step 3The person in charge reviews the resulting table and approves it before it goes live.
- Step 4The destination updates from that source.
Which systems can be connected?
- Excel (structured sheets)Verified
- Google SheetsNot built yet
- MISA, KiotViet, iPOSNeeds a survey
- Software with no API and no file exportNot supported
Verified: already running with that system. In trial: running on a test version. In development: code exists, not running yet. Not built yet: no code yet. Needs a survey: depends on your system, we must read it before promising. Not supported: not possible yet.
What the machine does, what people do
Machine
Reads only the allowed columns, checks for errors, updates the destination.
People
Owns the source data and approves the resulting table before it goes live.
We do not connect to your software before reading its connection documentation (API) and running a test.
Trial scope
One kind of information, one destination. Measure: how often things are retyped and how many errors, before and after. Timing and cost: quoted after the survey.
