A website with a clear way to get in touch, and a count of what customers tap.
Website and tap counting are running (privately). Following customers after they get in touch (CRM): not built yet.

Meanwhile, see the steps and limits below.
The problem today
People visit the website, but nobody knows who messaged, who called or who became a customer. Ads run, but their effect cannot be measured.
How it works
- Step 1Every page has one clear way to get in touch: Zalo, call, directions.
- Step 2Taps are counted without tracking cookies.
- Step 3You see which pages lead people to get in touch.
- Step 4Next step (not built yet): record the customer in a customer list.
Which systems can be connected?
- Zalo (opens a chat)Verified
- Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies)Verified
- CRM (HubSpot, Bitrix24…)Not built yet
Verified: already running with that system. In trial: running on a test version. In development: code exists, not running yet. Not built yet: no code yet. Needs a survey: depends on your system, we must read it before promising. Not supported: not possible yet.
What the machine does, what people do
Machine
Counts taps and groups them by page.
People
Replies to customers and notes who bought.
No tracking cookies, and no personal data collected before the customer sends something.
Trial scope
One product or service page, one contact channel. Measure: contact taps per week. Timing and cost: quoted after the survey.
Results and evidence
MaisonTranAnh.com: bilingual, counts Zalo, call, directions and QR-scan taps. No revenue figures yet.
