The problem today
Revenue sits in the sales software, costs in Excel, bookings somewhere else. At the end of the day someone adds it up by hand, and it is hard to tell which number is off.
How it works
- Step 1List the data sources you allow us to read.
- Step 2Bring them into one table on a schedule.
- Step 3Reconcile and flag rows that do not match.
- Step 4You review, ask the person in charge, then decide.
Which systems can be connected?
- Excel or CSV files exported from your softwareNot built yet
- eZCloud, iPOS, KiotViet, MISANeeds a survey
- Bank statementsNeeds a survey
Verified: already running with that system. In trial: running on a test version. In development: code exists, not running yet. Not built yet: no code yet. Needs a survey: depends on your system, we must read it before promising. Not supported: not possible yet.
What the machine does, what people do
Machine
Collects, adds up, reconciles, flags unusual rows.
People
Chooses which sources may be read, confirms the final figures, decides.
Missing figures are never filled in. If data is missing, it is reported as missing.
Trial scope
One report you currently build by hand every day, on real data with personal details removed. Timing and cost: quoted after the survey.
